A tranquil scenic view of golf course greens and the opportunity to play golf anytime you like made the
Conway Country Club community a favorite place to live. In 2018 the course was sold and contracted to Beverly Homes with plans for a new home community of about 200 single-family dwellings. While this is a bit of a disappointment to the neighborhood’s avid golfers, the possibilities for this development are exciting and endless!
Although the golf course will no longer be operating, there are beautiful homes here and new ones to come. Existing homes range in age from 19 years to recently constructed. Large, lush lots offer custom built, upscale one- and two-story houses in a variety of styles. Prices run from a low $200K to around $300K.
This expansive community is served by several school systems. Students who live in the area of the Country Club Rd closest to the city will attend Conway Schools while students at the other end will attend Homewood, Whittemore Park, and Conway High School. Utilities are underground. There are no HOA fees.
